- Increase Sales: We bring new and existing products to market through our unique North American distribution channels. We invest our own marketing dollars to advertising these products, and are successful in introducing the brand/product to new customers. As a result of these efforts, our supply chain partners experience a measurable boost in their sales through repeated exposure to our ever growing customer base.
- Listing Optimization: We generate new product listings as well as contribute high quality content towards existing product listings. Listing content that we create and manage includes pictures, text, product descriptions, bullet points, etc.
- Compliance & Reputation Experts: Nothing can sink your product or brand faster than a bad customer review or an out of compliance marketplace listing! Luckily, our team is comprised of experts in product compliance, marketplace policies, customer service, and reputation management. Additionally, our proprietary in-house software helps us stay ahead of and proactively address all potential compliance and reputation management issues.
- Purchasing & Warehousing: Prograde International is a high volume retailer. Therefore, we seek to purchase a minimum of $20,000.00 per month from each wholesale partner that we work with. Once goods are purchased, our state of the art climate controlled warehouse is ready to receive them! Once products are shipped to our warehouse, our staff works to bring these products to market within 5 business days of receipt.
- Supply Chain Protection: We only purchase direct from brands or distributors depending on product availability and shipping lead times. We adhere to any minimum advertised pricing agreements that you may have, and help you identify bad actors who may be gaining an unfair pricing advantage on marketplaces. We will also consult with you on pricing that protects brand integrity while promoting healthy margins and profits for all supply chain partners.
